Steel metal shop is sued for melting of ferro alloy metals, scrap and fluxes. Later, melted metals are refined in argon oxygen decarburization converter to attain desired form of metal as per customers needs. As part of operation procedure of steel metal shop, raw materials are poured into furnace in order to melt these at specific temperature ( produced by electricity). Slag content of melted metals is removed and then the melted version of metal is poured into ladle. Finally, hot billets are cast and sized. As part of last step, produced billets are transferred to rolling mill to manufacture TMT bars.
